I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a focus on Intuitive Eating, eating disorders, and sports nutrition, all through a weight-inclusive lens. My philosophy centers on the belief that every day should include satisfying and nourishing foods, without restriction or judgment. Some days, that might look like grilled salmon with sweet potatoes and spinach; other days, it could be enjoying a slice of pepperoni pizza. I’m passionate about removing the labels of “good” and “bad” from food, helping you explore what works best for your body and your lifestyle.

Proper fueling not only helps you perform at your best, but also ensures you feel your best after training. It can also help reduce injury, prevent GI issues, and improve sleep. We'll address all of these aspects while ensuring flexibility and freedom with food. I also specialize in helping athletes recover from Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S).
