We will combine the latest evidence-based recommendations while also practicing listening to and trusting your body.

Fueling for athletic performance isn't about restriction; it's about honoring your body’s needs, trusting your instincts, and giving it the nourishment it deserves.

I use Intuitive Eating as a framework through all of my nutrition counseling. Intuitive Eating is an evidence based nutrition framework that is based on ten principles.

I approach health from a weight-neutral perspective, meaning we focus on behaviors, not the number on the scale. Your worth is not determined by your weight, and you don’t have to shrink to live a healthy, fulfilling life.

The diet industry often promotes unsustainable habits that can harm both your physical and mental health. Together, we’ll work on breaking free from diet culture and finding sustainable, joyful ways to nourish yourself without restriction or shame.

We’ll explore how to reconnect with your body's natural hunger and fullness cues so that eating becomes a peaceful, intuitive act—not something dictated by rules, numbers, or fear of food.

We will also discuss body respect and acceptance: Embrace your body for what it does for you, not how it looks. I’ll guide you in cultivating a body-positive mindset, where self-compassion and acceptance take center stage.

Eating disorders are complex mental health conditions that deeply affect one's relationship with food, body image, and self-worth. However, there is always hope and a path forward.

I prioritize building meaningful therapeutic relationships and aim to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for you. Together, with a sense of curiosity, we’ll explore your relationship with food and strengthen your connection to your body. We’ll also examine and challenge societal messages, limiting beliefs, and eating patterns that may no longer serve you.

As your dietitian, I work closely with your care team to provide comprehensive support. I have advanced training in the management of:
Anorexia nervosa (restricting and purging subtypes)
     Bulimia nervosa
     Binge Eating Disorder
     Orthorexia nervosa
     ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder)
Subclinical disordered eating, EDNOS (Eating Disorder Not Otherwise
Specified), or suspected eating disorders without a formal diagnosis

What I Can Help With

People work with a dietitian for a variety of reasons. Here are just a few of the things I am often hearing from my clients when they begin our work together:

“Food stresses me out!"

“I want to feel more comfortable in my body.”

“I want to have a better relationship with food.”

“I want to eat healthier without restricting.”

“I want to have more energy.”

“I feel like I can’t keep sweets/junk food/snacks in the house.”

“I am so sick of dieting!”

“Thinking about food takes up way too much of my time. I want to have more mental space for other things.”

“I want to be able to exercise in a way that feels good for my body, not punishes it.”

“I feel like food controls my life.”

Nourish with Ease, Thrive with Confidence.

Ditch the food guilt and embrace a balanced, stress-free way of eating. Together, we’ll find a sustainable approach that truly works for you.
